The One Hundred Twenty-Eighth Annual Meeting of the Ohio Council of Deliberation will be hosted by the Valley of Toledo on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The session will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Toledo/Perrysburg located at 6165 Levis Commons Boulevard, Perrysburg, OH 43551.
Registration (Step 1) for members opened today, Sunday, March 1, 2026, on the Ohio Council of Deliberation website (https://www.aasrohio.org/ocd). Please be sure to select submit when you have completed the required fields.
A link is also provided on the OCD website to make hotel reservations (Step 2). You must make your hotel reservations by Tuesday, May 5, 2026, to receive the discounted rate of $154.00 per night. When you connect to the hotel link you will want to select "Visit the booking page" as seen below to connect to the calendar to reserve your stay.
If staying for two (2) nights, select June 5, 2026. It will automatically have you check out on June 6, 2026. When you see this just select June 7, 2026 if you are staying over on Saturday.
Links are also provided for the banquet and ladies’ program (Step 3). The menu for the banquet is a salad, prime beef filet, seared chicken breast, green beans/carrots, mashed potatoes and dessert for $75.00 per person. The ladies program is a short walk to the Funny Bone Comedy Club Restaurant which includes the cost of lunch and entertainment for $35.00 per lady. A flyer for the ladies’ program has been attached for you to share with your lady. When you select Step 3 to purchase tickets be sure to verify the number of tickets for the banquet and ladies program.
Session packets will be mailed upon receipt of reservations. An email will be sent from the Ohio Council of Deliberation to confirm the purchase of the banquet and ladies’ program.
